Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for the Southeast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, training, and motivating store management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance by training, motivating, and supporting store management teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify new opportunities and optimize sales approaches.
- Continuously look for growth opportunities with existing stores.
- Participate in in-store trunk shows and exhibitions to showcase MICHAEL M's jewelry.
- Promote special programs and packages to accounts: Shop-n-Shop, coop, etc.
- Help and inspire retailers to promote the brand on their social media accounts.
- Coach store teams to develop and maintain operational best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Fine jewelry wholesale or retail sales experience is REQUIRED.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partners.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated creativity/ability to manage customer expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
