Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to drive sales of our orthodontic services in the south Florida area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building new business, increasing revenue with existing customers, and leading a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new dental practices and increase revenue with existing customers
  • Lead and coach Key Account Managers to grow their business and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Director and Field Sales Trainer to train new Key Account Managers on sales techniques and best practices
  • Utilize data analytics to inform sales decisions and drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Key Account Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Area Sales Manager role, with a proven track record of success in sales and leadership
  • Ability to train and coach others to identify potential accounts, develop an acquisition strategy, and close deals
  • Proven success meeting sales goals, with documented awards and achievements as a key account or territory manager
  • Ability to effectively consult and communicate with key decision makers and provide business solutions that meet their needs
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a sense of urgency and a growth mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a commitment to documenting client interactions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
