Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team at EMERSE SALES US INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to ensure consistent revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building out strategic partnerships and a consultative approach, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Function Development: Spearhead the process of building the strategic partnership function, including landing the first partners prior to building out the partnership team.
  • Building the Sales Team: Lead the recruitment, development, and management of the sales team, including establishing a partnership team function to support growth initiatives.
  • GTM Strategy & Sales Process Design: Develop and implement a go-to-market (GTM) strategy and design a streamlined sales process that drives predictable and profitable sales growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, optimize sales performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Consultative Selling: Guide the team in consultative selling practices, actively listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions that deliver value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within a professional services or coaching environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • High degree of professionalism and alignment with EMERSE SALES US INC's values.
Experience
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • At least 10-12 years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably as a Sales Director, VP of Sales, or Head of Partnerships & Sales.
    • Experience building a sales team and establishing a partnership function.
  • Data-Driven Leadership
    • Proven ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive performance improvements.
  • GTM Strategy & Sales Process
    • Ongoing professional development in sales, leadership, or executive education is an advantage.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • Ongoing professional development in sales, leadership, or executive education is an advantage.
Additional Skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
  • Experience with global sales teams or working across different regions is a plus.
