Inside Sales Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Polymershapes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating quotes, and providing product information to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Quote Generation and Order Processing: Generate accurate quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Product Information and Support: Provide customers with detailed product information, answer questions, and offer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Outbound Calls and Account Management: Make proactive outbound calls to new and existing accounts to identify opportunities and customer service needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with office and warehouse team members to confirm accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Market Share Growth: Collaborate with the outside sales force to proactively increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management based on customer needs to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent business writing and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Positive Attitude and Eager to Learn: Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Computer Skills: Have excellent computer skills to navigate our sales software and systems.
  • Honesty and Integrity: Demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a High School Diploma or GED and prefer a BA or BS Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or substantial equivalent business experience.
