The Territory Sales Manager role at Mauser Packaging Solutions is a dynamic opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our customer base across various product lines. This position requires a strong sales hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Investigate and resolve quality and customer service issues, identifying solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain a robust prospect pipeline and drive sales growth.
  • Source raw materials, such as empty containers, and determine efficient shipping methods for order fulfillment.
  • Communicate our brand identity and implement company initiatives to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of B2B industrial sales or distribution sales experience, preferably with industrial-oriented UN packaging.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and effective listening skills.
  • Strong sales hunter mentality with a passion to succeed.
  • Strong prospecting and account qualification skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial and business plans.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with senior management and plant-level employees.
  • Must be comfortable in office, factory, and warehouse environments.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment with the ability to problem solve, prioritize, and react quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience with or a similar CRM tool.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
