Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support LHH in managing employee relations issues, including researching and resolving workplace concerns, providing guidance to management, and escalating cases when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct investigations, research policies, and recommend solutions to workplace concerns.
  • Advise management on handling employee disputes, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex cases to higher management or HR leadership as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of employee relations cases.
  • Stay informed of employment law updates and best practices in employee relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive matters and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail in handling employee concerns.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
