Job Title: Manager, Employee Relations

Snap Inc. is a technology company that empowers people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. We're looking for a Manager, Employee Relations to join our People team in the Americas.

About the Role:

This role will provide HR Compliance and Employee Relations support for our team members in the Americas. You will conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct or policy violations, and prepare comprehensive investigative reports with clear findings and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct or policy violations
  • Prepare investigative reports and recommend disciplinary actions
  • Manage reasonable accommodation process for employees and applicants
  • Collaborate with the employment legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Oversee mandatory harassment training programs
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements and develop strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities
  • Handle regulatory reporting requirements related to employment and workforce data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, EEO, or employment and labor law
