Job Title: Labor Relations Specialist

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and analytic support to the Labor Relations unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phone, email, and electronic case management intake and management, including issuing acknowledgment communications to various unions and legal/administrative agencies.
  • Answer low-to-moderate complexity questions regarding union contract obligations and track and/or facilitate union business leave requests for employee representatives.
  • Intake and process union grievances and low-complexity RFIs, working with other LR/HR/entity professionals to collect data and/or prepare analytic reports.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of progressive Human Resources or related experience.
  • Master's Degree or 4 years of related experience in a complex HR environment, preferably in a Healthcare setting.
