Job Title: Federal Civilian Business Growth Manager

Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Federal Civilian Business Growth Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and grow our business in the federal civilian sector. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of identifying and capturing new business opportunities, building relationships with government decision-makers, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the federal civilian sector
  • Buid and maintain relationships with government decision-makers and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and expand our business in the federal civilian sector
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience working in the federal government contracting community
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and/or program management/administration
  • Strong understanding of federal civilian agencies' organization, priorities, and strategic direction
  • Recent relationships and experience working with leaders of fed civilian agencies such as USDA, NSF, DOJ, and DHA
