Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our Business Development team at DFM Development Services, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who can work independently with minimal direct oversight to drive business growth in Maryland.
The ideal candidate will have solid relationships in the industry and be able to approach business opportunities on day one. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and expanding our client base in Maryland.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and capture new business opportunities/proposal requests with a primary focus on growing DFM's presence in Maryland.
- Develop sales strategies specifically designed to grow DFM's client base in Maryland.
- Ensure existing clients are aware of all DFM services.
- Continue to expand DFM's Salesforce database by adding new contacts/leads to the system.
- Develop/manage targeted email outreach campaigns with the assistance of the marketing team.
You will work closely with our Director of Business Development to achieve your goals and contribute to the company's short- and long-term objectives.
