Area Sales Vice President

The Area Sales Vice President is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales quotas within a defined territory. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to build and develop a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement plans to deliver quota, manage referral relationships, acquire talent, and expand the territory.
- Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Coach and develop sales executives and sales leaders to achieve sales goals and improve performance.
- Build Partnerships and Relationships: Foster partnerships with channel partners to capture business referrals and develop local referenceable clients.
- Manage Sales Performance: Analyze sales activity and results to direct performance and provide input to senior management reporting.
- Represent the Company: Represent Paycor in the community to enhance business relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Leadership Experience: 5-7 years of experience leading a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Management Skills: Ability to manage and analyze all areas associated with sales activities and processes to track and ensure goals are achieved.
- Coaching and Development: Proven track record of leading a sales team to overachievement of assigned quota and demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Education: 4-year business degree.
