Position Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned Assistant Vice President to collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents in fostering relationships with prominent financial advisors across designated channels and territories. The primary objective is to enhance the uptake of GBI's innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents to identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors through proactive communication methods, including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Ensure exceptional client service by addressing inbound inquiries and coordinating with the team to resolve specific account challenges.
- Effectively communicate product insights and information to financial professionals, enabling them to successfully present GBI solutions to their clientele.
- Adopt a consultative approach by understanding the business needs and investment challenges of financial advisors to align GBI solutions accordingly.
- Work alongside Regional Vice Presidents to formulate and implement territory plans, utilizing data to enhance engagement with financial advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of all client and prospect interactions in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Commit to being present in the office at least three days per week.
Qualifications:
- A dynamic sales professional with 2-4 years of proven sales experience.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales objectives and progress within the organization.
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a robust work ethic.
- A degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Strong customer service skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while addressing client inquiries.
- A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with financial software and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues promptly.
- A collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Adaptable to changing job requirements and capable of handling unforeseen challenges.
