Key Responsibilities

To thrive in this position, you must be a proactive business developer who can:
  • Drive new client acquisition by offering solutions to mid-market and large-scale construction accounts within a specified market.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the prospective client's business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Effectively communicate recommendations to the appropriate leadership levels within potential client organizations.
  • Propose tailored solutions from our product suite to deliver measurable business value through a collaborative partnership.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to various leadership tiers both internally and externally.
  • Prepare and execute strategic sales plans, events, and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of direct consultative sales experience; proven ability to build a robust sales pipeline and demonstrate a history of achieving targets.
  • Experience in selling to or managing relationships with corporate clients in the banking or finance sector is preferred.
  • A strong drive for success, demonstrated by a willingness to make additional calls or visits as needed.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with commercial payments and services, construction, or ERP software is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the designated territory.
