Position Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned Assistant Vice President who will collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents to foster relationships with key financial advisors across designated channels and territories. The primary objective is to enhance the adoption of GBI's innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents to identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by addressing inbound inquiries and coordinating with the team to resolve specific account challenges.
  • Effectively communicate and provide insights about GBI’s offerings to financial professionals, enabling them to present our solutions to their clients.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to understand the business and investment challenges faced by financial advisors, aligning GBI solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work alongside Regional Vice Presidents to develop and implement territory plans, utilizing data to enhance engagement with financial advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client and prospect interactions in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Commit to being present in the office at least three days a week.

Qualifications:

  • A dynamic sales professional with 2-4 years of proven sales experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales objectives and progress within the organization.
  • Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • A degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and management.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with financial software and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address issues promptly.
  • A collaborative team player willing to support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
  • Adaptable to changing job requirements and capable of managing unforeseen challenges.
