Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Cashier Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently: Ring up sales, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Support sales floor operations: Assist with visual merchandising, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members: Communicate effectively, provide support, and contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, provide support, and contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
