Role of Retail Sales Associates:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will serve as a vital representative of the Burlington brand, engaging directly with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers, keeping the sales floor tidy and organized, and aiding the management team with daily store functions. You may be assigned to various departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers find merchandise as needed.
  • Assisting with floor moves, merchandising, display upkeep, and store cleanliness.
  • Operating cash registers and bagging items for customers.
  • Completing additional tasks as directed by management.
