Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing training and development budgets by tracking invoices and maintaining attendance records.
  • Support national training program initiatives, including preparing communications for participants, scheduling sessions, and coordinating with external vendors for off-site training.
  • Review and refine company training programs and assist with their implementation.
  • Generate monthly reports on training course enrollment and completion.
  • Help identify and source local training providers, coordinating meetings with vendors to support business and functional units in their training and development needs.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide assistance to the Organizational Development team with various talent management projects as assigned (e.g., employee engagement, performance management cycles).
  • Be prepared for potential travel and/or extended hours as required.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time college student or a recent graduate, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business with a focus on HR Management.
  • Experience in administrative support, HR, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and online research skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and execute responsibilities with urgency.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR information.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
