Este profesional será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con nuestros clientes clave. Actuará como el principal punto de contacto para estas cuentas, asegurando que se satisfagan sus necesidades y identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, garantizando que se cumplan sus necesidades y expectativas.
  • Comprender los objetivos comerciales del cliente y alinear las soluciones de la empresa para ayudarles a alcanzar sus metas.
  • Identificar y perseguir nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de cuentas existentes para expandir la cuota de mercado y aumentar los ingresos.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo ventas, marketing y soporte al cliente, para ofrecer un servicio excepcional.
  • Preparar y presentar estrategias de cuentas, pronósticos e informes a la alta dirección.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias de la industria, el panorama competitivo y los cambios en el mercado para ajustar las estrategias de cuentas en consecuencia.
  • Negociar contratos, precios y acuerdos de servicio para maximizar la rentabilidad mientras se asegura la satisfacción del cliente.

Calificaciones:

  • Historial comprobado en la gestión de cuentas clave y en el impulso del crecimiento de ingresos.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de construcción de relaciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos y generar información procesable.
  • Dominio de software CRM y de la Suite de Microsoft Office.
