Job Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager I at Prismatik, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong connections with our clientele. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction while achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in proactive sales initiatives to promote our diverse range of products and services to both new and existing clients, ensuring we meet or exceed our financial goals.
  • Adhere to a structured daily routine that includes a balanced mix of inbound and outbound communications, along with necessary administrative tasks, to support the team's sales and service targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products, demonstrating how they can further benefit our customers' success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring their needs are addressed effectively and sustainably.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the advantages of our offerings, thereby enhancing brand recognition.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge, including specifications, functionalities, and recent advancements in design.
  • Exhibit initiative in discovering and attracting new clientele through professional and efficient methods.
  • Contribute valuable insights and innovative ideas regarding product enhancements, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Establish and nurture industry contacts to stay informed about competitive activities and market trends.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as directed by management to support business needs.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience, ideally within a call center setting.
  • Experience in the dental or medical device sectors is advantageous.

Compensation: $35.00/hr plus an incentive plan.
