The CFO will be instrumental in defining the financial trajectory of HJH Investments. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role encompasses the oversight of all financial operations, primarily aimed at bolstering our commercial real estate acquisitions and investment ventures. The ideal candidate will bring a robust financial background, significant experience in the commercial real estate sector, and outstanding leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Offer strategic guidance and oversight in all financial aspects, including acquisitions, capital sourcing, and financial planning.
  • Acquisition Oversight: Direct the financial assessment, structuring, and execution of property acquisitions and sales.
  • Capital Acquisition: Formulate and execute strategies to secure capital from diverse sources, including equity investors, debt financing, and institutional partners.
  • Investor Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
  • Financial Reporting: Supervise the creation and presentation of precise and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts to align with business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's stability and growth.
  • Team Development: Manage and nurture the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior financial management experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record in acquisitions and capital raising.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate finance, capital markets, and investment strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a high-performing finance or transaction team.
  • Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
