Position Overview:
We are in search of a sales-oriented and service-focused individual to join the UniFirst National Accounts team as a Major Account Executive.

The selected candidate will be primarily accountable for the implementation and continuous management of National Account Service programs, maintaining account relationships, and overseeing contract renewals for UniFirst National Account clients. This role involves effectively coordinating operational support and related tasks in alignment with customer contractual agreements. Key responsibilities encompass program initiation, compliance, service management, identification and resolution of service issues, fostering organic revenue growth, and managing contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between UniFirst and its partner National Account Corporate contacts, individual National Account customer sites, and the respective UniFirst service locations to ensure customer satisfaction aligns with the National Account Service Agreement. Proactively oversee and coordinate all assigned National Account service and management activities across the UniFirst service network. Ensure service expectations are met for all National Account customer locations as per the National Account Agreement, delivering top-tier service, cultivating and sustaining valuable business relationships at the executive level, and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Negotiate contract renewals, facilitate price adjustments as per contract, and incorporate new items into customer agreements where necessary. Prepare and present required customer reports to effectively manage all assigned accounts and responsibilities. Conduct regular account visitation meetings. Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Management or Sales Management within a service-oriented industry. A 4-year college degree is preferred. Experience in the service industry is advantageous. Proven experience in contract negotiations with significant impact customers at the Executive or 'C' decision-making level. A proactive, independent attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and recognize key tasks. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet. Willingness and ability to travel overnight approximately 20% of the time. Educational Background:
