Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Coordinator to support a prominent Private University. This role involves working closely with the VP of Technology to ensure efficient administrative operations and effective organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the VP's calendar effectively
  • Arrange meetings and communicate any necessary changes
  • Organize departmental events such as gatherings and celebrations
  • Occasionally assist with university events on weekends
  • Oversee travel arrangements, reconcile pro card expenses, and manage office supply orders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Teams
  • Experience in coordinating travel and organizing events

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits will commence on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts. Employees will also have access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching and are entitled to paid sick leave and other time off as mandated by law.
