Job Summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Benefits Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of our group health and welfare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the day-to-day operations of our group health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as our retirement plan.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Manager, HR, Payroll, Finance, and benefit program service providers to ensure seamless program administration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with benefit program service providers to optimize program performance.
  • Assist with benefit enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of benefits administration experience, including self-funded and fully insured medical, dental, vision, life, and disability programs, and retirement plans.
  • Proficient technical aptitude with MS Suite.
  • Experience with different types of benefit enrollment systems, with ADP WFN benefits enrollment application highly preferred.
