Sales and Relationship Building Specialist

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for sales and building relationships. You will be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and participating in leadership roles within targeted industry associations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business generation and manage the client relationship life cycle from lead generation through proposal, and from closing to post-sales servicing.
- Identify and qualify prospects to create a robust pipeline of accounts.
- Collaborate with inside and outside partners to create compelling risk management programs that win new business.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Alabama State P&C Insurance License or willingness to pursue it immediately.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
