Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to start your career in sales? We are seeking an entry-level producer to join our team and help drive new business generation and build strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for sales and building relationships. You will be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and participating in leadership roles within targeted industry associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business generation and manage the client relationship life cycle from lead generation through proposal, and from closing to post-sales servicing.
  • Identify and qualify prospects to create a robust pipeline of accounts.
  • Collaborate with inside and outside partners to create compelling risk management programs that win new business.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Alabama State P&C Insurance License or willingness to pursue it immediately.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
