About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Clean Harbors. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our CWS Services line of business through business development and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement market strategies and business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of waste management and disposal technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
