Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth in the assigned territory through strategic account development and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the electronics industry and be able to leverage their expertise to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve territory sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform future strategy and optimization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the electronics industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and territory growth
  • Strong understanding of sales tracking software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
