Market Sales Executive Field Representative

Job Summary
The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within assigned territories. This role requires a consultative approach, analyzing current practices of potential clients and identifying additional sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and consult with potential clients to identify Paycor products and services that solve their business challenges.
- Sell solutions to new clients within assigned territories.
- Self-generate leads through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management, and networking.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets.
- Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
- Record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
- A flexible virtual-first work philosophy.
- An initial equity award in Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for all new Associates and ongoing award opportunities to participate in the value created through Paycor's growth.
