Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within assigned territories. This role requires a consultative approach, analyzing current practices of potential clients and identifying additional sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and consult with potential clients to identify Paycor products and services that solve their business challenges.
  • Sell solutions to new clients within assigned territories.
  • Self-generate leads through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management, and networking.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets.
  • Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
  • A flexible virtual-first work philosophy.
  • An initial equity award in Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for all new Associates and ongoing award opportunities to participate in the value created through Paycor's growth.
