Logistics Operations Associate - TS/SCI Required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Under immediate supervision, responsible for reviewing, developing, modifying, and testing procedures and systems requirements to manage property book requirements directly supporting DoD Enterprise infrastructure and IT goals.
  • Train internal and external stakeholders regarding procedures, processes, and software applications. Conduct internal audits and develop/review corrective action plans.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and service contracts as necessary. Possess knowledge of capital procurement processes.
  • Lead process improvement teams and manage workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements.
  • Execute logistics activities under the guidance of the organization's logistics manager.
  • Maintain the organization's IT Systems hardware and software asset inventory in the prescribed Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
  • Employ the CMDB in accordance with the organization's configuration and asset inventory management business processes.
  • Document, manage, and maintain the organization's IT System hardware baseline.
  • Manage and maintain a complete software configuration library for the organization's IT System.
  • Provide weekly documentation confirming the reconciliation of applicable warehouse, procurement, logistics, and asset management activities.
  • Oversee the transportation of classified and unclassified intelligence IT equipment and materials necessary to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all appropriate International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) clauses for the shipment of controlled materials.
  • Manage customs issues for worldwide transportation of IT materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Required Skillset:
    • Knowledge/experience with GCSS (Global Combat Support System).
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
  • Required Certification(s):
    • DoD M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract.
  • US Citizenship: Required.
  • Additional:
    • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions.
    • Position may require lifting objects and other moderately strenuous activity.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,549 - $101,109. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
