Finishing Operations Technician II

Afton Scientific, LLC, a growing entity in the pharmaceutical production sector, is in search of a Finishing Operator to enhance our workforce. We value ethical, driven, and collaborative team members who embody a proactive mindset and possess substantial manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts production inspections, labeling, serialization, packaging, and logistics tasks.
- Executes production processes in accordance with batch records and established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Must achieve certification as an inspector within 90 days of employment.
- Ensures cleanliness and organization in the labeling and inspection zones.
- Manages inventory levels of necessary supplies.
- Maintains accurate documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of manufacturing experience in a related field is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform pushing/pulling, bending/twisting, and some overhead tasks.
- Good vision is essential; 20/20 corrected vision is required for inspection responsibilities, with an annual eye examination mandated.
