Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heavy-Civil Project Manager to join our Bridge, Dam, and Marine division at MAS Building & Bridge, Inc.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with Contract Plans and Specifications throughout New England.

Responsibilities:
  • Overall project responsibility, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and update project schedules, budgets, and cost projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Pricing and negotiation of change orders.
  • Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and develop career paths for project engineers.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of management experience, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Proven track record in planning, scheduling, budget management, and quality control.
  • Strong soft skills, including communication, empathy, and self-awareness.
