Position Overview

LMI is in search of a proficient Operational Project Integrator, Instructional Designer, and Educator to contribute to mission-critical technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

This position is centered on enhancing and executing mission-oriented technical initiatives. Daily tasks encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and actively participate in Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG), serving as an operational authority across various sectors.
  • Develop and present documentation including technical assessments, course improvements, and curriculum revisions.
  • Ensure operational strategies align with technical specifications and uphold quality assurance standards.
  • Promote collaboration and communication among different operational units to devise optimal solutions and educational settings.
  • Encourage innovative updates to the courses managed and taught by this role.

Qualifications

  • Basic Understanding of SNA
  • Proficient in Python
  • Capability to teach introductory and advanced SNA courses (Introductory class is scheduled bi-monthly, Advanced course occurs quarterly)
  • Ability to assist in marketing the courses
  • Access to client systems (including email and iCE) to provide ongoing support to students
  • Proactively enhance both courses
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate effective relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with client-specific tools is preferred.
  • TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is mandatory.
