They will forecast and plan for future needs of the program to include appropriately leveraging up-to-date awareness of the organization, corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives, and program stakeholder partnership to further programmatic goals.", "Qualifications": "The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of strategic planning and data analytics work experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have experience performing business/data analysis across disparate data sets, proficiency in a variety of data collection methods, and experience developing organizational strategic plans. They will also have excellent presentation skills, excellent customer relationship management skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
