About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our business owner and manage various operational aspects of our stores and oversight of store operations.

The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Support the Business Owner: Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with a can-do attitude and a smile.
  • Coordinate Meetings and Events: Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, adding your personal touch to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • HR Management and Store Oversight: Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate with store managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve any operational issues.
  • Employee Relations: Handle communications, keep the team on track, and address employee concerns. Manage performance reviews and support HR initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison between the business owner and staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and other administrative functions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
