Job Title: Business Development Specialist - Commercial Payors

At Collaborative Neuroscience Network LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for recruiting new and returning patients to our Ocean View Adult Psychiatric Health Facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance nuances as related to behavioral health treatment and be able to create and develop referral sources. They will also have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively manage time and resources to cover an expansive service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to enhance census development and evaluate results
  • Maintain a schedule of current account information of primary sources
  • Develop and maintain new account relationships and markets
  • Conduct community workshops, events, and facility tours to educate clients and referral sources
  • Represent the facility at civic and professional functions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in Business Development role in healthcare
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create and develop referral sources
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance nuances

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position requiring significant driving both locally and regionally. The ideal candidate will be able to work under stressful conditions and interact with patients who may be suffering from mental health and/or behavioral health conditions.
