About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas. As an Account Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing strategies, conducting inside sales, and providing support to assigned strategic partners.

You'll ensure the continuous update of knowledge and deliver a clear understanding of current products, services, promotions, offerings, etc. to assigned partners. You'll meet or exceed assigned KPI metrics, including but not limited to sales quotas, customer engagement, success rates, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Concurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas
  • Execute strategies, conduct inside sales, and provide support to assigned strategic partners
  • Ensure the continuous update of knowledge and deliver a clear understanding of current products, services, promotions, offerings, etc. to assigned partners
  • Meet or exceed assigned KPI metrics, including but not limited to sales quotas, customer engagement, success rates, etc.
  • Present demos to potential customers
  • Prospect new accounts to bring into the pipeline

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $50K - $57K, plus an uncapped sales variable of $40K+. We also cover 80% of your healthcare premium and offer a remote-first environment with no plans to return to office.
