We are seeking a highly skilled Account Specialist to join our Special Accounts Management team. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for high-risk borrowing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement solutions to support the management and administration of high-risk borrowing accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of reports, entries, and monitoring systems.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on lending issues, including loan structure, collateral, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- Prepare and execute service requests, transactions, and queries within relevant service level agreements.
- Monitor and maintain securities documentation for account and transaction requirements.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial lending or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commercial lending product knowledge and specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and influence skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 to $90,200, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
