Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Gartner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective, enterprise-wide strategies to maximize the value delivered by Gartner's products and services.
  • Consult with C-level executives to identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of major accounts, driving growth and retention through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Gartner's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of external experience in consultative sales, preferably in high-technology (services, software or hardware), with evidence of prior success.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in account planning and territory management, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and retention.
