The Trade Desk is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring, building, and cultivating relationships with senior leadership at advertising agencies and brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with client services and trading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Communicate the value of The Trade Desk's media buying platform to clients, providing detailed demonstrations and product training.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions, providing input on client needs and market trends.
- Lead the response to RFPs and new business opportunities, including qualification and win strategy development.
- Coordinate global account discussions with go-to-market counterparts across the world.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams to optimize efforts and drive company-wide goals.
- Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding client business needs.
- Develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for The Trade Desk, leveraging market knowledge and competitor analysis.
- Contribute to The Trade Desk's culture and values.
**Requirements**
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in outbound sales, with a focus on programmatic.
- Experience working with online publishers, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, SEM platforms, DSPs, DMPs, or other online advertising companies.
- Programmatic platform sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak with C-level clients.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers at advertising agencies and brands.
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
