Position Summary

ncgCARE is in search of skilled individuals (either Licensed or Residents in Counseling) to join our team as Outpatient Therapists. These roles are available for both full-time and part-time positions across the state of Virginia.

Responsibilities of Outpatient Therapists:

  • Delivering case management services
  • Developing written service plans
  • Conducting crisis interventions
  • Performing psychological evaluations
  • Facilitating wraparound team meetings
  • Completing written diagnostic assessments (including behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency evaluations)
