Responsibilities of the Outpatient Therapist:
- Provide Case Management Services
- Develop Written Service Plans
- Conduct Crisis Interventions
- Perform Psychological Evaluations
- Facilitate Wraparound Team Meetings
- Prepare Written Diagnostic Assessments (Behavioral, Substance Abuse, Economic Self-Sufficiency)
