Job Summary

We are seeking qualified Outpatient Therapists to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide a range of services to clients, including case management, written service plans, crisis interventions, and psychological evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of care
  • Develop and implement written service plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide emergency support to clients
  • Administer psychological evaluations to assess client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Facilitate wraparound team meetings to coordinate care and services
  • Develop written diagnostic assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans

Requirements

  • Masters or better degree in a relevant field
  • License as a Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
