Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Short Pump, Virginia. As a Licensed Therapist, you will work with clients to provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia
