Job Summary

The E Commerce Specialist will lead and develop e commerce sites, TikTok shop, and be the main driver of the platform including website content, product listings, and promotions for Leap Brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including website content, product listings, and promotions.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) and ensure high visibility in search results.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including email marketing, social media promotions, and PPC advertising.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, product descriptions, and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and optimize checkout.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging e-commerce and digital marketing technologies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to ensure website functionality, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Newsletter).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web development technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Work Environment: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
