Job Title: E-commerce Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team at World Class Automotive Organization. As an E-commerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce platform, responding to sales leads and information requests generated through our website, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
  • Develop client prospecting files upon lead receipt
  • Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
  • Meet and greet prospects (by appointment)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Receive credit applications (manually and online)
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
  • Understand and implement dealership sales processes
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Take digital photos for posting on the website
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
