Under general supervision, the E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for driving sales growth for Interstate Batteries across online marketplaces through merchandising, content creation, performance marketing, inventory forecasting, and strategic analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product offerings on online marketplaces.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date product display pages on marketplace sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product or consumer-related issues on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Design and implement pay-per-click advertising campaigns informed by keyword research, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance and sales through data-driven insights and strategic optimizations.
  • Provide bi-weekly performance reports and contribute to the creation of insights and updates to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure advertising efforts align with the brand's strategy.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure efficient inventory levels and in-stock positions.
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights into online marketplace business data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current practices, automate common processes, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all initiatives are completed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A multi-tasker with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to collect, analyze, and present large amounts of data.
  • Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, CPG, content marketing, and data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce economics and advertising mathematics.
Work Environment
  • Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods.
  • Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk, and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ pounds.
