Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager at Sana Commerce Inc, you will take charge of a diverse portfolio of approximately 35 B2B clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.
2. Develop tailored success strategies and conduct comprehensive Business Reviews aimed at delivering value and optimizing cost efficiency.
3. Provide expert guidance on e-commerce strategies, demonstrating how Sana's products and add-ons can facilitate client objectives.
4. Enhance the commercial performance of your accounts while proactively addressing potential churn by identifying and mitigating risks.

Advocacy and Feedback:
Act as a champion for your clients within the organization, contributing to product development by relaying valuable client feedback to our product teams.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:
- A bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, business development, sales, or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS environment or B2B technology sector involving complex products and services.
- A client-focused and proactive mindset in managing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce.

This role offers the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with the opportunity to collaborate in person several days a week.
