Job Summary

CBIZ is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Services team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day outsourced HR operations for clients, collaborating with HR consultants and benefits and payroll specialists, and serving as the direct contact for client employees and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client needs are met according to service scope and commitments
  • Collaborate with internal client teams to manage client workload and resolve human resource issues and concerns
  • Communicate with client employees and leadership teams on all things related to human resources, benefits, and payroll
  • Research and resolve human resource issues and concerns, and conduct status meetings with clients to ensure client needs are being met
  • Update, create, and develop HRIS changes for client-specific needs, and audit payrolls and monthly benefit reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation and production of professional materials for training presentations, and complete compliance reports such as EEO-1 and VETS
  • Exhibit client-focused behavior and apply knowledge and training to support client needs, and answer calls, research, and process client requests
  • Provide support on specific HR consulting projects, and ensure that all internal controls and procedures are followed
  • Input data into the appropriate software for vendors, carriers, and clients within the required timeframe, and effectively operate all department equipment and software applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Business
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR work experience, with benefits and/or payroll experience
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative work style
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and look at situations from several points of view
  • Persuasive with details and facts, and experience working with different HRIS, including management of new systems
