We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Account Executive to join our team at iHeartMedia. Key Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and stay up-to-date on the latest innovations and growth initiatives.
  • Meet with clients in person to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of sales prospects in Salesforce.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop effective marketing campaigns and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor competition to identify new account leads and negotiate rates to ensure prompt payments.
  • Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, and submitting regular reports.
Requirements
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Independent, self-motivated, competitive, and assertive personality with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong client service relationship-building skills with the ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures, with a strong understanding of business principles and sales concepts.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus, as is Salesforce experience.
  • A valid driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance are required.
