About this Role:

Boston Scientific's Vascular Associate is a transitional position designed to prepare candidates for a Sales Consultant role within the Peripheral Interventions Division. The Vascular Associate will be assigned to a specific region and will work closely with an existing territory to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion. This role requires strong customer relationships, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute business plans to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Consultants to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Provide timely updates to Regional Managers on business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends.
  • Manage expense budgets and promotional budgets within company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of sales and secure purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant business experience.
  • BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Documented sales success and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Self-starter with solution-oriented and team-player mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to recognize contribution to the big picture.
