Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals, utilizing excellent sales skills and territory management expertise.
- Utilize sales abilities to promote key brands and products to acute care facilities, with a focus on educating end users on the clinical benefits of our products.
- Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of Business to Business (B2B), direct selling, or medical sales experience.
- Proven track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
- Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management.
- Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision-makers within an account.
- Professional training program experience (i.e., Integrity Selling).
